Start with gentle circular stroke with the ball in the centre of the forehead, work outwards to right and left, work on the temples with a gentle pressure to relieve the tension, stroke the rollerball up and down along the sides of the nose, and the sides of the neck, back of the neck, and on the angle of the jaws, and the TM joint in front of the ear. Use your finger pulps and palms  to spread the oil all round the face like a facial treatment. 

Inhale the aroma on the palms, Sit back and relax. Drink Vata balance tea or Chai! 

You don't need to wash away the oil - leave it in to absorb into the facial. you mat dab it with a face cloth.
