Goods will be dispatched within 72 hours of purchase and often on the day of placing the order. It is your responsibility to ensure that you select the right shipping option and enter the correct shipping address details when completing your order, as these are the details used when the our packing team dispatch your order. If you receive any broken or damaged products in your order, we must be notified within three (3) days of receipt of your purchase.
Pavilion Ayurveda currently deliver to UK, European and most international customers. Unfortunately we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes and do require a physical address for all deliveries.
For European and International deliveries, please permit up to 21 working days for delivery.
Any fees/duties charged by customs are the sole responsibility of the customer.Please note, failure to clear custom fees will result in a returns charge, which will have to be deducted from the refund amount.

Orders received on a non-working day will be dispatched the following working day.
We are not responsible for the loss of your order if the delivery address provided by you at checkout is incorrect or incomplete. If your address is incorrect or incomplete, your order may be returned to us or the courier may apply a charge to your delivery cost which we will add to your order. If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address details, we will refund the items for you except the postage cost. You will receive an email notification for the refund and you may then place a new order.
If you qualified for Free Shipping, and your order was returned due to incorrect address details supplied online, we will have to retain the minimum postage cost before issuing a refund for the items or before processing a resend for you.
