Karpuradi oil is an ayurvedic herbal oil used externally to relieve muscle and joint pains, cramps, numbness. As a head and neck massage, karpuradi oil is excellent in headaches, migraines, stress and insomnia. It acts as a relaxant. It can also be applied on the chest to relieve chest congestion and improve blood circulation.
Take a generous amount in the centre of your palm, rub the palms together and apply to the muscles, massaging the area with you palms in long strokes over the long muscles and circular strokes over shoulders and joints, until the oil is mostly absorbed.
