What is Shilajit?
Shilajit is a tar-like, blackish-brown resin that oozes from rocks in high mountain ranges, primarily the Himalayas, Altai, and Caucasus mountains. It forms over centuries through the slow decomposition of plant matter, enriched by microbial activity and the unique geological conditions of these regions.
