Take a generous amount of the oil in your palm, rub together, and gentle apply all over the scalp with your palms and fingers, slowly working your way front to back from centre outwards left and right until you have covered the whole hair and scalp.

Apply a small amount of the oil all over the body for general care and beautiful youthful skin.
