An energising, nourishing and re-vitalising oil made with ashwagandha root (Withania somnifera) and bala root (Sida cordifolia). “Bala” meaning strength is a beautiful creeper plant which contains ephedrine - an amphetamine like substance which helps improve circulation, the release of energy within the muscles and aids neuro muscular function.
Take a generous amount in the centre of your palm, rub the palms together and apply to the muscles, massaging the area with you palms in long strokes over the long muscles and circular strokes over shoulders and joints, until the oil is mostly absorbed.
